Tis The Season of the Soul

“Notice that autumn is more the season of the soul than of nature.” ~ Friedrich Nietzsche

Tis’ the season when we’re moved by the dramatic changes of color, the cooler weather, the descending darkness, and the barren branches.

This is a time that allows us to move into a deeper awareness that we live in a continual cycle of living and dying. It focuses on the vulnerability of life, emphasizing how vital it is to embrace the present.

No time is better than the present to let go of anything that undermines our path.

A time to let go of anger and bitterness,
to let go of relationships or jobs that no longer serve us,
letting go of judgment for ourselves and for all humanity.

This is a universal principle – to grow, we must release something. And in doing so, we can replace it with joy, self-compassion, and kindness.

  1. Autumn is a season of magical transformation. And we are reminded of that magic every time we step outside and breathe in crisp air and see trees bursting with colors so bright and warm. 😊

  2. Its a very spiritual season. My sister died in fall and when ever the tree in my backyard loses its leaves I remember her and am reminded of the Autumn she died. It is so true endings mean that new beginnings can soon come. ❤

    1. The veil of separation is at its thinnest this time of year. It’s easier to connect with our loved ones on the other side. Messages/thoughts of your sister comes thru as a sign she’s doing well. 💜
