Each person you interact with during the course of your Earthly existence has a lesson you have asked to experience. How you create/respond/react to that particular lesson is completely up to you.
It takes practice to let the negativity pass, but we can do all things through Christ. It can be done. Keeping God’s Word in the forefront of your mind helps a great deal.
Yes!! That first line. This realization is what completely transformed my experience here. Recognizing that each and every person I come across is meant to be there to learn from in some form. Sometimes the lesson is blatant. Other times I don’t see it until time has passed. Regardless, they’re catalysts in my own growth and journey to love.
Love the graphics !
Simple but powerful. Most people are identified with fear of some kind and this is at the root of their suffering. Negative people often trigger the fear in others which can come in the form of anxiety, stress, panic…
They may think they have absorbed it from the negative person saying things like “He/she has put me in a bad mood this morning”.
This is not true. It’s just a bad habit: reacting to negativity and then not letting go of it.
🙂
Thanks, great advice! In this way negative interactions, although challenging can be made into a spiritual practice.
They can lead to spiritual growth 🙂
Absolutely and bad things happen to everybody, but we each have a choice of how we proceed to handle it.
Negativity is just awful.
It surely is!

Thank you. And yes, you hit it on the nail. We get triggered by something and we don’t let it go or look within and ask why.

That’s a perfect graphic. Thanks.
Thank you Van.
So very true. And some days we’re more susceptible than others.
True. But as long as we don’t hold on to the “stuff” for long we’re fine.
