There are times in our lives when we feel stuck. There’s no movement. There’s a pause. More often than not, we feel we should be doing something, but sometimes we just need to take a moment to breathe and appreciate the stillness.
I am always intrigued by the fact that the hurdles we encounter in life are the very themes that shape and inspire us to grow and transform. These challenges we face usually represent “themes” we choose to explore. And more importantly, it’s a journey of self-discovery that pushes us to be better versions of ourselves.
