Remember to Breathe

It took me most of my adult life to understand just how important the breath is. I know it sounds crazy but it’s true. Something we do every day, yet, many of us take for granted. How many times do we inhale and exhale without giving it a second thought?

When was the last time you did absolutely nothing for at least 10 minutes? Maybe you believe you don’t have the time to sit still when you have to cook, do the laundry, or watch your favorite TV show, etc. you get the idea.
