These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all e-books, e-journals, and downloadable products supplied by Spiritual Journey Healing in return for payment or free of charge, and other digital contents, such as audio files (hereinafter referred to as digital products), which are exclusively used in the course of data transmission via the Spiritual Journey Healing library. These General Terms and Conditions apply only to individual customers.
The contract is entered into by the customer selecting a digital product in the e-library and, following successful payment, receiving a download code by email for the selected digital product. Upon concluding the contract, the customer is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive and unlimited right of use to digital products relevant to the contract. All rights of use that have not been explicitly referred to shall remain with Spiritual Journey Healing as the holder of all copyrights and property rights.
All sale for Digital Content or Services ARE FINAL SALE and aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items.
