Whew. Can you feel it? There is a lot of FEAR in the collective right now.
On one side, there’s a group of terrified people, and on the flip side, those who believe there’s nothing to worry about. Where is the middle ground?
Wear a mask…or not; Open the schools…or not; covid is a flu…nope its the bird flu…can’t be, strain mutated a few times already…we’re all going to get it…its a hoax…what?!
In every moment the choice remains: Love… Or Fear. Divided we Fall. United we Stand.
The most important thing to remember is to be aware of how you are feeling. Pay attention to your thoughts and make adjustments if necessary. One of the best things I’ve found to “replace” fear with is gratitude. It will immensely raise your vibration too.
Here’s a few other suggestions:
• Self-love – remember to take care of yourself and like yourself, too!
• Play. Life should not be 100% work.
• Turn off the devices!
• Remember you are a Spirit having a Human experience
• Take responsibility – leave the past in the past
Ever had a salt bath? They’re great!
I had someone suggest the following bath to clear and strengthen my aura:
In a tub filled with warm water, add Epsom salt and baking soda (sorry, no measuring here) and relax for at least 10 minutes. Before you get up, add Apple Cider Vinegar and dunk your head 3x. Pat dry your body, or you’ll have a slippery floor.
