Forgiving Connects

I had a complimentary session with Debbie of Forgiving Connects a few months ago.

Debbie is a Forgiveness Coach.  She has a host of wonderful online introductions & series on forgiveness on her blog.

During our session, this lovely soul gently guided me to let go of any judgments I may have had and see things from a different perspective.

As you know, I am a firm believer in the power of forgiveness; for yourself and the other person.

You might be asking yourself, “Why would I want to practice forgiveness? Heck, it’s hard already“. The answer is simple. When you know how to forgive, you eliminate excess mental and emotional weight that keeps you stuck in repetitive situations that are not healthy or productive.

Going back to the session, Debbie asked, “Who would you be if you weren’t judging?” It’s a great question, and one-step at a time, the answers came through with grace. She shared valuable tips and mantras, and my favorite was :

I forgive myself for judging myself for (you fill in the blanks).

I’m convinced that while forgiveness isn’t easy, it is the most important inner work you can do for your mind and heart. Do you agree?

Many blessings to you on your own path of forgiving. Have a peaceful week ahead.xo
