Choose to look at things as half full

We all come into this life with a journey or a mission. This mission is one that is carved out by our soul before we enter our body. Our souls decide what life experiences they wish to have and what lessons they wish to learn.

We know as a soul that we may forget our mission and go off track, but this is all part of the journey, and all part of the game of life.

As Eckhart Tolle suggests, raising your level of consciousness and spirituality has nothing to do with what you do, but rather how you do it.

Every encounter you have with someone/something is an experience. All that comes to us is an opportunity for our souls evolution. We can walk away feeling happy that we acknowledged/accepted/embraced the experience or walk away feeling scared/judged/angry…and if this happens, it may be a sign to look within ourselves.

Every act serves spiritual growth and development, it depends on how you choose to look at things.

  2. A beautiful reminder my dear friend that I needed to hear today. My journey is evolving and I am going through an immense emotional time, a healing period. This is a transformational year for me and no matter the challenges the glass is always half full.
    Namaste ❤️

    1. We’re going through so much this year, as you mentioned. We all need to remember to breathe and be in the right frame of mind. Stay the course…you’ll be stronger and wiser at the end.

      1. You are so right and this is a year of transformation for me. Strange how it’s always the tough times that stretch us and make us grow. But perhaps it’s the only way for profound meaning to happen. Hugs

  3. I donno if such a soul is there or not.. even i am not sure if i believe in that.. but one’s own comfort and happiness matter above to all. And for me happiness comes with compassion and freedom
