About

Welcome! I’m glad you stopped by.

I am a Holistic Spiritual Mentor and Practitioner. I am a certified Quantum Healing Practitioner / Past life Regressionist, Hypnotherapist, Universal Rays Healer, and Intuitive.

I’m still learning on this journey we call life. Understanding who we are and where we are going is essential. I am aware that everything encountered on my path is relevant and we are all connected.

Were you aware that when we clear/heal ourselves, we also assist Earth/Gaia in her ascension process? We are all intimately involved in helping co-create a new society and a peaceful place for our future generations.

I began self-discovery when I was in my teens and awakened to my multi-dimensional self a few years ago. Received a clear inner impulse to delve more deeply into the Path of Service, this time in the healing arts.

I began healing through self-love and forgiveness which led me to have a personal relationship with God/Creator,  my higher self, etc., and in turn, opened the door to my gifts/talents in the healing modalities.

These sessions are transpersonal because they help you awaken to your authentic self and bring back aspects deep within yourself to heal.

These sessions can be helpful in providing guidance for life choices, personal and spiritual growth & development as well emotional balance – all while connecting us with our higher self or inner guide through the power of love and forgiveness!

Looking forward to working with you on your journey.

Bernice xo

  1. 🥰 Beautiful. Thank you for sharing your journey. Your words really resonated with me. When I teach my adult Jewish learning classes on Jewish spirituality and Jewish mysticism, I tell my class members, “Even though I’m using the world GD because it’s intrinsic to the religious texts, you don’t have to believe in the literal/biblical GD to find relatable messages and meaning in religious texts. You can substitute the word GD for whatever you envision GD to be — the Great Spirit, Universal Life Force, World-Soul, Higher Consciousness (Higher Self)…etc.”

  4. Hi Bernice,

I’ve been thinking about you since I’ve read a few of your recent posts, and I just re-read this About page.

I so acknowledge you for your presence, both in our blogging community and in our communication. You emanante such courage in showing up for yourself! Because of this and your encouragement for self-discovery, I’m moved to offer you a complimentary coaching session. It’s a chance for you to explore areas of your life where you’d like to forgive, and open to new directions that could be really beautiful…and full of love

Is this something you’d like to do. Bernice? The session lasts 90 minutes and we can do Zoom, or Skype is good too. And, it’s completely fine with me if you say no!

This session is a complete gift to you, just for being you.

Let me know either way and if yes I will send you options for talking via email. And either way, I am sending you much loving and I acknowledge you in your journey of self-discovery and awareness!

    Much love and blessings,
    Debbie

I lost mine too and coincidentally I do the same as you — talk to him while I’m driving, take heart that he is looking over me, and the realization about living life now. I look forward to reading more. Happy new year.
