I received the following message a few days ago.
It is time to BE
To live from your heart
To speak, think and act from a place of love as you all came to do
When darkness looms, remember to stand tall, shine your light and let it not waiver.
With Intention:
Visualize a golden beam of light streaming from your heart and growing larger until it encapsulates your whole body, the room in which you reside, the community around you and your state/county.
Allow this blanket of energy, that is filled with healing love and light, and throw it over the entire planet at this time.
Remember to nurture yourself, boost your immune system to remain healthy and remain calm within the storm.
