Lets Begin With An Affirmation

I love early mornings when it feels like the rest of the world is still fast asleep and you are the only one who is awake. It’s peaceful and still. For now, it’s just me, the world and the sunrise.

For today, imagine for a moment what might happen if we shifted our primary focus from what we want, to what we can give. What new possibilities could come from this shift in perspective? I am not talking about the habitual giving that comes at the cost of our own health or self-esteem. I mean sharing our authentic and innate gifts with the world. For it is in giving that we receive.

Let us begin today with an affirmation:

Today I open my eyes to a brilliant new day of light and love. I focus on my highest good in everything I do. I will maintain peace and harmony with my inner being. I honor myself and I am grateful for all that I have. I give and receive freely, generously, with an open heart and an open mind.

  1. This may be short, but it is a powerhouse post. What would happen if we started sharing our gifts and our talents? There would be no more wants eventually. This is expansion language. More should go there.

Nice affirmation to punctuate the thought!
