When we become overwhelmed with life or become burnt out after a long week, there is a great solution to find the calm amidst the chaos that life can bring. No…it’s not drinking a glass of wine ๐ท or getting a massage, although they both sound pretty good right about now.
I was referring to stepping in to nature. A place of solitude. Nature brings us back to the notion that there is something bigger than ourselves. Relax…and surround yourself with the beauty of nature.
Reminds me of Pope Francis’ Laudato Si’ ๐

So beautiful and true! Chaos to calmness is a much needed energy change …being a part of nature is a very powerful way to get there.

I needed this reminder. I’ve been sporadically bursting into tears over the past two days. No bueno…gotta get back centered and remember what’s important.

Too funny. As long as you don’t get yourself too stressed – it’s all good.
